Is it necessary to have an account to shop on
Yes, it's necessary to log into your XLLDeal account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.
You'll have access to a personalised shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out.

Why is a mobile number mandatory to Register on XLLDeal?
Your mobile number enables us to efficiently communicate with you. Mobile number is required to place an order at XLLDeal as we need to send you all your order and transaction related communication via SMS. Additionally, it helps us to be in touch with you at every stage of the shopping and delivery process.

I didn't get an OTP, what should I do?
Didn't get an OTP? Don't worry. Wait for a few minutes, if you still don't receive one, click on the "Resend OTP" option to generate another OTP.

Can I use same Login credentials for Mobile App and Website?
Yes, you can use the same login credentials for both XLLDeal mobile app and website. Your credentials would be available in both these platforms so there wouldn't be any trouble signing in.

Can I have multiple registrations?
Only one mobile number can be registered for one account. There cannot be multiple registrations with a single mobile number.



How to order apps on Android & iPhone?
First download our mobile app from Google Playstore and iTunes.

Can I buy product online? 
Yes. Keeping in mind the importance ease of shopping online, we are launched our new and updated website, where the consumer can not only view our products catalogue but also make a purchase.

Can I place my order by calling your call center number?
No. You can place orders online through our Website, mobile website or Mobile App only.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card & Debit Card?
Yes, it's absolutely safe to use your card for making payment at We take special care in conducting the entire payment process right from authentication of the various credentials till the transaction is complete, thus making online shopping safer for you.

My payment for an order failed, what should I do?
In case your payment fails, you will be informed through an onscreen message that will appear after the failure. This will be accompanied by an SMS to you intimating the same. Also, after this, you will be prompted to retry making payment.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?
You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

Do sellers on XLLDeal ship internationally?
Currently, sellers on XLLDeal only ship within India.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable'?
The products listed as 'Out of Stock' or 'Temporarily Unavailable' are not available for sale.

What does 'Out of Stock' mean?
An item is marked as 'Out of stock' when it is not available with any sellers at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now. Use 'Notify Me' feature to know once it's available with sellers for purchase.

Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when I shop on XLLDeal?
There are NO hidden charges when you shop on The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay.
Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on the seller's policy.

Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?
Currently, there is no option to club orders from different sellers to be delivered together as sellers could be located in different locations and the delivery timelines would vary based on their partnered courier service providers. To ensure your items reach you at the earliest, each seller ships their products as per their individual timelines.

Why do I see a 'delivery charge'?
It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if you shop with them for a certain amount. For more information, check the individual seller's policy on the product page.



Product I received differs from the one displayed on the website, what do I do?
If you feel that the product delivered to you is different or not at par with what you saw online you can return the same at the time of delivery.

What is your policy on refunds? 
You may get a refund within ten (10) days on unopened or spoilt packaged products. For diapers and perishable products, such as milk, fruits and fresh vegetables, we have a one (1) day return policy. We will not accept any diaper items as return if more than 10% of the pack has been used. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please contact us at 022 - 28107768 if you want to return an item. 

Can I get a refund via cash? 
No, for any sort of issue, we will update the credit to your XLLDeal eWallet account.
